The faсade color palette is calm and neutral, inspired by natural, earthy tones, allowing the house to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
The terrace features direct access to the swimming pool, making it an exceptionally comfortable and inviting space for everyday living. A large sliding door opens fully, seamlessly dissolving the boundary between the interior and the outdoor areas of the home.
The interiors are designed in a clean, understated style, using natural and durable materials such as wood, stone, and concrete. Large-format glazing allows the interior spaces to merge seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, creating a sense of openness and abundant natural light.
During construction, we use modern waterproofing technologies, which help reduce maintenance costs. It stays cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.

The building’s structure is designed to meet seismic resistance standards, which is especially important given Montenegro’s conditions.
